RAIN CHECK POLICY

SAXON GOLF COURSE RAIN CHECK POLICY

Saxon Golf Course may issue rain checks to Guests who are unable to complete their round due to inclement weather or course closure for unsafe conditions.

Policy Guidelines:

  • Rain checks must be issued on the same day as the incomplete round.
  • Requests due to reasons other than course closure (e.g., personal emergencies) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Rain checks are prorated based on the rate paid and the number of holes completed.

Rain Check Issuance:

For 18-Hole Rounds:

  • If 3 holes or fewer are completed, a full 18-hole rain check will be issued based on the rate paid that day.
  • If between 4 and 12 holes are completed, a 9-hole rain check will be issued based on the rate paid that day.
  • No rain checks will be issued after teeing off on the 12th hole.

For 9-Hole Rounds:

  • If fewer than 4 holes are completed, a 9-hole rain check will be issued based on the rate paid that day.

Example:

  • A Guest who pays for an 18-hole round but completes only 9 holes will receive a rain check equal to the difference between the 18-hole and 9-hole rate.

Redemption:

  • Rain checks must be presented at check-in to be applied.

Non-transferable:

  • Rain checks are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
